Couldn't find a newish seat after looking for a while Dash, Grrrrr.
But, the good news is I just bought (from MB) all the parts I think I need to fix mine.
I was lucky enough to find a spare set of seats in pretty good nick and together with the parts from MB I should be able to make something totally original and comfy at the same time.
Ordered Nos 8, 14, 45, 61 in heavy duty option.
I need to lower the seat too, so I'm on the scrounge for a memory motor base for the driver’s side with the memory controller & motors. I want to cut down the rear mounts and re-weld them in at about an 1.1/2” lower. I will also need the AC duct part that crosses the seat X-member – that needs trimming down a bit to make the controller fit. Anyway, If you know of anyone with a seat base or an under the seat part of the AC duct let me know please; - Billy maybe...??
