Wheelsmart at Lowton get very good reviews.

I've just had my C63 alloys refurbed by Top Wheels in Morecambe. Came highly recommended (they deal with the local Porsche, BMW, Merc dealerships)
Have to say, the satin black and diamond rim are excellent. Black wheel weights finish off the job nicely.
Greg (owner) and his team are great to deal with.
They swapped mine for some 18" alloys for the duration of the works (1 week) which saved waiting around (and/or having to put the car on axle stands).
Only an hour from St Helens...
They certainly get my vote
