would tcut on wheels help bring back some shine and take some of the marks out of the paint they are not really bad just want to keep looking good. or is there a better solution to use on them there not at full refurb stage yet. thanks

not sure what marks are on your wheels but I would generally avoid T Cut on all surfaces as it is such an aggressive chemical cleaner.

If the marks can't be sorted through cleaning/claying/polishing/sealing/waxing then I think you're going to have to decide to either live with or refurb.
