Which Belt?

Oil could be incorrect refitting of charge air pipework or the seals on said pipework around the area of the belt maybe?
 
MrGreedy I didn’t take any pipework off to fit pulleys and belt
Sorry buddy, I've just seen you're the E220. I was thinking of my E350 V6. I was on my phone so didn't didn't see your car with the phone in portrait view.
 
Update: RAC have been out and have said the oil leak is coming from a damaged crankshaft seal. He didn’t know if the seal was leaking and has caused the belt to slip and get destroyed or if the belt came off and then in turn it has damaged the seal… but considering that the car has chewed up 3 belts now I’d say that the belt has come off and damaged the seal rather than the other way around.
What’re your thoughts guys?
