I have a 2012 E350 sport estate with optional sports leather seats. Apart from the seats themselves is there any other leather in the car?

Steering wheel?
Centre Console?
Door cards?

Just wanting to make sure I don't start putting leather conditioner on bits that don't need it.

Even the leather of your seats doesn't require or benefit from conditioner as it is sealed with a polymer layer.

'Normally' the steering wheel and door card centres (not tops) are also leather unless you have the 'Exclusive' option in which case the is extensive use of leather on the dash top and console areas.

No 'Exclusive' package just the optional sports leather seats.

Door card centres do look like they are sealed so can imagine they won't need any treatment but the seats do seem quite dry and when I did put leather cream on there it sure soaked it up quickly.

What about the centre console/arm rest?

The gear shift gaiter might be leather as well.
