"Positive" on a speaker is just a convention: a positive voltage applied to the "positive" terminal on a speaker (with reference to the "negative" terminal) makes the speaker cone move outwards.
Provided all speakers are wired up the same way (consistent relative phase), absolute phase doesn't matter. It's very debatable whether absolute phase reversal (i.e. wiring everything up "wrong") is audible in controlled conditions: it certainly wouldn't be audible in a car.
