Whirring noise front at 60mph

As above,starts near 60mph and becomes louder with the speed increase.Its from the front near side.Checked the play in all wheels didn't find anything wrong.Help please..

Forgot to mention while checking the suspention last night ,there is oil over the front off side shock absorber.I think it's failed...

Non of the tyres has uneven wear,all four 6 months old..
