Excuse the naff photos but that’s what the factory blinds are like Alex, they’re really handy - like I said a long shot but you might get lucky on eBay or a breakers etc :thumb:

Hahah absolutely true! In my E Class I have a seat protector that her booster seat sits on and a storage back on the back of the passenger seat too!

Also her mother thinks I'm weird because I take her shoes off in the car. Maybe I am though!

Thanks guys, I’ve also been thinking about something like this. No kids in the offing when I spec’d my W204 six years ago so I didn’t include tints. But after giving up all hope, we now have a gorgeous littl’n regularly travelling in the back (in a rear-facing seat). As cute as she looks in sunglasses, they don’t give her as much protection as we’d like.

My question is, do the blinds reduce views out of the car? Can we still see clearly through them from the inside?

You can still see out of the car from the inside. They work very well in protecting kids from the sun and the blind remains in place when you roll down the window.

I like that parents think the same ! i brought a pets seat protector for the back seat to stop the grapes finding there way down there and to protect from the childs seat. There's a storage seat protector on te seat to and they day i noticed she was putting her feet around the seat protector i started taking her shoes off  which sounds OTT but she actually likes it now and reminds me when i haven't done it.

Getting back on topic ! loving those door blinds if i wasn't so lazy at the thought that i'd have to change the door card i'd be on ebay now.

I do exactly the same mate, my little girl is used to getting in the car with no shoes on. Next thing you know, socks are whipped off as well. She hates socks on anyway!

Her mother (who I'm not with) takes the p!ss for it but I don't care, her car is a heap and my trusty old E Class is mint even though it's the Dad car!!

Just ordered some for my CLK.

Look forward to hearing and seeing them! :) I think I know what to ask Santa for.
