Hi all,

My car is a 2019 W213. Last week one of the window switches on the drivers door started feeling loose before coming clean off a few days later. The little round lugs under the switch have snapped. I've seen cheap switch replacements on Amazon etc. but is is possible to get an OEM switch or would I need to replace the full switch panel?

Thanks

I would be asking your local Mercedes Parts Dept what is available 👍

I've spoken to the dealer parts dept. and they want to sell me the full panel with the all 4 switches and mirror controls for £170.

The cheap eBay switches are terrible quality. They catch on each other at the sides, so when you touch down it sticks down and you have to pull it back up to stop. Don’t bother.

Dealer quoted me £170 for a replacement panel. I found individual switches on Amazon for £13.99 so thought i'd give one a go - if it was rubbish, I'd bite the bullet and buy the part from MB.

The Amazon one is fine. It matches the original, came with a new spring if needed and works fine. Here's the link to the one I bought Amazon window switch
