Won’t start

So yesterday messing around I unplugged the quick release plugs which seem to go into the cpu plugged them back in and now it won’t start, has anyone got any ideas? I was trying to sort one issue and caused another one
Also as you can see the one cover seems to have come completely off but it is still plugged in tight, how can I get that back on
Maybe it could have reset itself and needs reprogramming?

You may have bent a pin when plugging them back in or pushed one back into the plug.
