It's got my engine, with similar mileage and is a year older, and is £10,000 above the value of my C Class. I know CLKs cost more, but that's taking the Michael.
Besides I wouldn't give him 18,000 pence for it with that hideous bodykit on it.
Too many miles + 5 owners and stupid wing on boot, I don't mind the bodykit, at less than 10k it might be worth a punt as a weekend car, but he's on meds if he thinks it'll move at anywhere near the asking price.
I often suspect that the supplier/fitters of these kits sell their services by telling the customer that the car will be worth a "fortune" when the work is done. Clear case of someone trying to recover probably the huge cost of doing the work. Very rarely happens in my experience.
