You've got to be kidding!

This one was posted on another section of the forum, Looks so tacky with the chrome surrounds.

It's got my engine, with similar mileage and is a year older, and is £10,000 above the value of my C Class. I know CLKs cost more, but that's taking the Michael.

Besides I wouldn't give him 18,000 pence for it with that hideous bodykit on it.

Not worth half his asking price IMO.

I like this bit "No offers will be accepted at all, if you view the car that is the price.

The seller will be waiting a long time for a buyer.

£3.5K for that plate :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Have to laugh, the kit is pretty average and the exhausts look plain wrong :wallbash:

Might be closer to that price with a CLK55, but with a 2.8! he is just dreaming. Only a somebody just off the boat would consider this :fail

Too many miles + 5 owners and stupid wing on boot, I don't mind the bodykit, at less than 10k it might be worth a punt as a weekend car, but he's on meds if he thinks it'll move at anywhere near the asking price.

I often suspect that the supplier/fitters of these kits sell their services by telling the customer that the car will be worth a "fortune" when the work is done. Clear case of someone trying to recover probably the huge cost of doing the work. Very rarely happens in my experience.

Private plate can be worth 50k, if you leave it on the car, it's worth nothing
