Hi Mostly around 10 mile trips rural driving, I have just done a 22 mile 70mph dual carriage run and it returned 11.7mpg The temperature gauge showed 82 degrees. I have just had a professional EGR clean and diagnostic nothing showed up on the diagnostic.

I have a ML270 it is only doing 12mpg. I had the EGR checked and machine cleaned. Still no better, will a full Star Diagnostics show up the reason?

Hi thanks for the reply. The only light on the dash is the coolant light. It is a ML270cdi auto I checked the engine oil and if anything it seems to be a little over the full mark.Now the bonnet catch will not work so cannot get into the engine bay. Booked it in for a diagnostic check but they...

Hi. When I start off cold everything is ok the car accelerates as normal. But when it has gone about a mile it goes into limp mode. I notice the engine coolant warning light on the pannel is lit up, can this cause limp mode. Or is it something more sinister than that.

I have 2002 classic 220cdi auto estate. When I press the accelerator there is a rotating click noise from the engine with gets faster as I accelerate. As soon as I stop accelerating and cruise the noise seems to stop. I was wondering if it was the turbo unit?
