I have a mercedes S Class 2000. I currently have a problem with my car not starting, after trying fuse options etc with no avail. i guessed a trip to a merc garage, to find out i cant tow it, its stuck in PARK !! any ideas how to release to neutral to allow towing ? Please Help

Thanks all, Engine is not turning, ive checked the bttery voltage, all good, even tried a jump start but no luck, also checked fuses all good !! Help, just realised i cant move the car either as its stuck in Park !!

please look at original thread (battery flat, new faults ). This morning the display comes up with "display defective - visit workshop" can anyone help with this fault

no, i took the battery off and charged it, then replaced it !

the dash is constantly lit, even now 3 hours after i locked the car !!

its the 'brake' warning lights, and the usual ignition warning lights and looking out to the car now, the speedo and dials are all lit up too ??
