I need to track down two door mirrors for a 1972 Buick LeSabre. My research tells me the same mirror was used from 1971 to the mid 80's. I can find one on eBay, but I'm hoping somebody here has some yank car contacts who may be able to help. TIA PJ

abandoned project, interior stripped, 1 sill welded up properly,fair bit left to do. manual 4 speed box M130 (carb) SOHC 2.8 litre engine with blown front crank seal (new one in package) red... right doors cut down for lightness left doors ok - but dented dash good chrome...

Just saw a factory fresh 32 year old upright rectangular lights Mercedes saloon from 1972. In flat light blue, with 4 speed manual, no PAS, LHD and only 60k kms. It looked, felt and smelt brand new. Am smitten. Anyone has any idea how much the car is worth? Cheers, SEAN

Hi all I have a 1972 350SL which has been rebadged and has a 450 engine in it. Alas the motor is knackered so I am intending to replace it. Would it be better for the cars classic value to return it to it's original configuration? If so, is it a straight swap? I was told some ancillary parts...
