Autocar got in touch with me this morning about providing some input into their Crossfire long term report. I was open and honest - can't wait to see the results. :D

How credible is the report in this months Autocar? I ask this because they state this vehicle will come in 4Matic. 400CDI. No SBC. 4Matic has always been a problem fitting it onto a RHD vehicle. Has Mercedes-Benz solved this problem? Or is this an option that will once again be...

There are pics and articles on the new S and M in this weeks autocar, some of the pics are computor generated and some are flimsy disguised. its getting closer to when we will get MB pics. I was reading about the new E280CDI yesterday seems a good all rounder. gary

Anyone seen the latest issue of Autocar ? they have a fast SL test , SL55 vs SL600 vs SL65. Well worth a read, SL65 is £145 grand !!! they reckon that without traction control it would be nigh on unusable. H

Cracking article in this weeks Autocar setting the CLS55 against the M5. Typical Autocar article though.....sing the praises of the MB, its power, how much better ot looks compared to the BMW, how much better it drives, how useable it is compared with the over-complicated M5, then vote the M5...

There's a great review of the new SLK in this weeks' Autocar. Great pictures, great words, great car :) Seems likely that this is a return to traditionaly MB quality, lets' hope so. Wonder if I should trade the wife, kids and W203 in for one? :D
