Finally got th LM's finished after what turned out to be a very long refurb. Very happy with the end result.:) New valves and some very expensive rubber going on tomorrow, can't wait!:D

Looking at a set of genuine BBS RG2 18" x 8.5" ET38 that claim to be only 9kg per wheel! I know 8 1/2" width is pushing it but will they still fit OK on the 300E? Are there any potential probs anyone sees? Is there a way around it as these do not come up often @ a good price down here.

Bought these originally to go on my 500E but they arent a straight fit due to the huge front calipers, they would need spacers to work. They also stick out a little on the arches and would be more suited to an sel/sec or maybe a 129 sl? Pistonheads link below...
