Hi I bought a CLS 500 2005, with 72k. Looking through the service book, it seems the electrohydraulic control unit (£760ish) was replaced at 69k. I know this is the issue with the transmission failing etc. With this replaced, is this likely to fail again or can I enjoy the car? thanks

I have keyless entry. The rear drivers side door handle button and pressure pad do not work although the handle operates when the car is unlocked. All other handles work ok. Does anyone have any thoughts as to what the fault might be? Many thanks from a really proud CLS owner.
