Hi i have a E270 CDi W211 and after i have been on a long drive (20 mins of driving, or when the engine is hot), I turn the engine off but the car would not start after that. I have to leave it for around 10mins but then fires up no problem. can anyone help please?

Recently noticed a water leak dripping from gearbox area in 04 plate E270 CDi. Phoned indie garage who advise that this is normal and is only condensate from the air conditioning (which is constantly set to auto). Is this indeed the norm and nothing to worry about?
