came home last night,this morning everything works apart from key wont crank ,all dash lights work

Rear seat light,trunk light, rear wiper and the trunk "self locking" mechanism doesn't work. Had the car to the work shop to check the problem. They checked some rear harnesses but couldn't find any faults and no fuses blown....any suggestions.? Problem occured after changing the trunk window.
