I've noticed the tilt forward seat frames in a 124 tend to twist to the right by a small but significant amount - enough to make you think of getting them repadded. I've found this little trick that will put them back to sitting square, and it is a whole lot cheaper than getting them repadded...

Does other cars have a sub-frame like the MB?
It seems a little over engineered to me, it might help a bit the vibrations but I am not certain its worth the bugger it create. Might be standard in the car industry? Just wonder what a frame welded to the car would be as different?
Anyone on that...
Hello all, my first post here as I've only recently bought a Mercedes.
My car recently had it's wing mirror broken. The metal frame that forms the fold-in hinge has snapped at the top hinge location. New mirror prices seem to change dramatically depending on the electrical content. Does anyone...
I need to grab some frames from a 1280x720 MP4 file.
I can't seem to find a way to step forward/backward a frame at a time in either Windows Media Player or Quicktime viewer. I can do it in Windows Live Movie Maker, but the preview in that is not full quality.
Any ideas? I'm on Windows 7...
Hi All,
Can anyone help me with a question here.
Is it possible to tow a 2009 B180 CDI Autotronic with an A frame? The idea would be to tow it behind a Motorhome throughout Europe?
Thanks in advance

Is this as bad as I think? Or its a "norm"?
As Olly asked me once about the clunk I got , look at the rear subframes bushes, the bushes look OK to me, but the attachement not.
