gearknob

Hi guys, Think i put up a post here before about the terrible condition of my gearknob, my car is a 5spd facelift (avantgarde) clk. Another member has shown me the 1 below as a possible replacement, it is for a 6 speed though. Does anyone know if the fitting is the same between the 5 + 6spd...

A question for CLS owners really. I was cleaning out the boot and put the floor lining back in with a bit too much gusto and broke one of the two little plastic clips that are up near the rear-seat end which act as a kind of hinge. They slide into a housing on the actually boot liner itself...

Hi guys, The leather on my gearknob seems to have peeled off by heat and there is this gooey texture underneath which always manage to catch the tip of my fingers as I'm putting the car in reverse. MB have quoted me £103 for an entire new gearstick as it comes as an entire unit and the knob...

For an automatic, fits W201, 124 poss 126 as well. Badge like new, leather has small usage marks but in very good condition overall. Looks like this Pictue in my old 190 Bargain at £20 posted Sorry for pic size

Hi All. I have a loose gearknob but I cannot see how to take it apart and tighten everything up. It is the keyless go model on the avantegarde if that helps. Can anyone steer me in the right direction please? Thanks in advance Dom

I have just bought a nice wooden gearknob, for my 500sl (107). The new gearknob has a brass threaded sleeve in it, so looking at it, it would seem that the old gearknob unscrews, and the new one screws on in its place. But I have tried to remove the old gearknob, but it dosnt want to...

Anyone know how to remove this? I managed to get the lower small collar off, and then got stuck. No obvious way to move/loosen the gearknob. Thanks!

as described, Brand new, two tone leather with enbossed "C36", will only fit prefacelift w202`s, bought for mine but I have facelift (DOH). £40
