Hi,
From reading on here it looks like people suggest i can go to 265" rear tyres (factory is 255") on 19" oem rims. I am doing this to provide a little more traction.
Bit of a stupid question, but going to this larger size is are the tyres going to protrude more outward and look a bit naff...

Well, my Vito, bought September last year, developed its first fault the other day which Mobilo (a tech from S&B Commercials, Thurrock) identified as the upstream exhaust temperature sensor. a simple replacement and code clear, apparently.
Duly booked in for today and cutting a longer story...

Hello,
just wondering if there was a larger fuel tank option on a W124, and if so what size it is. I was thinking of putting a bigger tank in my project, as I think it'll usefully extend the range.
Unlikely I know, but has anyone put a bigger tank in theirs? I have a 100L on in my w140 breaker...

I've jacked my job in and am currently working out my notice. As yet I have no job to go to, I've been lucky enough to work locally (i.e. within 5 miles) for the last 20+ years but realise that given the state of the economy I may well have to work further afield going...
I own a w203 with the m111 e20 ml evo engine. I currently run a 23cm crankshaft pulley but I need more hp so im thinking of upgrading to a 24cm pulley. are there such pulleys available ?
Going over old ground for sure, but I'm interested in a few specific answers.
If you assume the standard measurement of fuel economy is accurate in test conditions as well as road conditions (?)

so I bought some amg type look alloys in black and silver rims. They are 18"
After lots of hassle and guy sending wrong rear tyres I have the tyres. Eventually got them fitted but the bolts rubbed at the back and they were too close really at the caliper at the front and when the brakes...
I have a 2003 SL350 with 19" AMG style rims. The tyres are curently 235-35-19 but I'm looking to move up to a larger profile as the 35's are just too low and uncomfortable for some of the roads I travel. Can anyone advise as to what profile I can move up too or tyre size to go with? I'm thinking...
since my car is bog standard i was thinking about starting to do a few upgrades. have already ordered a bilstein lowering kit which will give me a 40 mm drop, was wondering if anyone could recomend a nice set of alloys to finish it off? there is a 202 around wearing a set of split 5 spokes that...
Hi this topic was touched on in a previous thread that i started, but i have a question for Skymastor who posted this thread. (or anyone else who has the answer)
