Hi needing some odd bits to tidy up latest addition to our fleet, is there any web sites that have exploded diagrams with part numbers or is there any software that one can get that narrow parts the chassis number?

Are these any good? More interested in basic user maintenance, trim, electronics, panels etc. than "oily bits" (prefer to leave them to my MB mechanic!)

Seeing as Haynes don't make one and emanuals online are a nightmare to use has anyone else done a decent easy to follow set of user guides to the SL ? I'm after basic stuff like oil service etc and all the torque figures ?

Hi, can anyone tell me if workshop manuals are available for my 2003 E240 Avantgarde 2.6 V6, either in book form or DVD or even download from the internet?

So my car didn't come with the manual/book pack with my used approved purchase. The Mercedes Dealer has it on backorder from Germany with no ETA. In the meantime, is there an online manual or some kind of online source I can use for the manuals/user guides? Thanks!

Does anyone else find their instruction manual very very lacking indeed? I find it quite hard going and it says a lot without actually explaining much.

As title says 3 part manual in immaculate condition 90% of the pages are in plastic A4 wallets in the ring binders. Engine section is for the 3.8 & 5.0 versions. Buyer needs to collect from Didcot as they weigh 98lb so can't post. £100

There's a limit to how far accumulated mechanical wisdom will take you, so now I need to get hold of a workshop manual for the Merc. I have a C43 AMG of 2000 vintage. Haynes don't do the V8 C classes. Any ideas anyone? :dk:
