heres the details - I bid on an item knowing the ebayer had zero feedback, as the plan was COD. - I did NOT win the item, but got sent a 2nd chance offer. - "My Ebay", does not show the 2nd chance offer, but i still recieve a message saying id accepted! - I ask the ebayer when it would be...
