Question... I've decided to sell one of my motorbikes (one of the two identical Cagiva Roadsters I have) - but it doesn't have an MOT... nor road tax as last year my insurance company wanted £60 to insure it (as a pose to £10 the year before) ... I know I'm allowed to drive a vehicle...

hi I have my Merc for sale at the moment. Its currently SORN as the tax ran out. Its on ebay at the moment. Assuming it sells and the buyer comes to collect - should I ensure they have taxed it before i allow the sale to go ahead? or not allow them to drive the car away? I figure...
