Hello I was going to do a basic oil and filter change on my 1999 100000 mile car but was put off by the 'special tool' required bit in the manual re oil filter removal. Is this a cheap item to buy? At 100 000 mile do you think 10w40 is still ok (if so any makes recommended?) or maybe 15w50...

I have a stackon tool box as in the picture and have a problem in that one of the drawers has jammed, I believe one of the tools is causing the problem, and I can't figure out how to remove the drawer. If anyone is familiar with this box and knows how I would appreciate advice on removal. TIA
