I just bought a C200k yesterday. Its build date is late 2002 so I think it should be clear of the really serious problems of earlier cars, does anyone know of anything that could scrap the car if I dont catch it in time?

Hi all, I had decided to clean the wheels from the inside and as I took the wheel of I saw a link rod was missing. I had this replaced, although I am more concerned about the rust I see. Does the rust only look like surface rust and is this acceptable? Thanks dokalj

hi there i have an ongoing problem with my c 200 sport 95 when the car is idling it shakes you can really feel it the rev counter stays the same it doesnt move im worried in case its a big problem does any body have any ideas what it could be thanks :(

I can hear a strange intermittent ticking noise coming from around the passenger airbag / dashboard air vent area. It sounds like a clicking electrical relay of some sort. I've got a '98 W202, and it's got 116000 miles on the clock. I bought it when it had 111000 miles in August and I think it had 2 previous owners. My question is, what is the chance that I'll get it to 150000 before something bad happens to the engine? I know it depends on how I drive it etc, but...
