126a00 Code fault ML 350 blue efficiently

I have a 126a00 fault have had all seals changed included turbo seals previously just wondering this would also affect gear change as well
First symptom was initially limp mode stopped car restarted engine light with gearbox not now changing smoothly looking to rectify by changing actuator and possibly using and completing inlet manifold repair kit
