Just an update.Ripped out all the damaged centre console and refitted the earlier type,with the drop down ashtray,repaired all the dodgy wiring behind there and replaced all the bulbs.Waiting on a Blaupunkt travel pilot to fill the hole.Found the drivers side temp control rod to be unclipped,thats why it was cold on my side..Fixed the ABS,traced to a broken wire on the NSF sensor.Fitted a new rear "hat rack" with 6x9's,found a set of coir mats in the scrappy's and fitted those.Also found a pair of illuminated sunvisors,but didn't take the clips,which I now know is the power supply.... Does anyone know if the wiring is there for these to work? Boot leak was caused by water getting in through the boot lock button,the seal was missing..

Also a daft question...where is the boot light on 190's I don't seem to have one?

Sunvisor clips are about £3.50 from the dealer. They're all "electric" ones as standard now

yes, the bulb is probably missing or blown, its located on the boot lid its on the left handside

Wiring for the sunvisors should be off the dome lamp.
