Bit pointless then?

All that work to get a Rover engine into a Merc and he can't sort the steering?
Look how close the fanbelt is to the coolant pipe, it's held off with a tie wrap

But that was lugging a Range Rover around. The Rover V8 is a great engine, and very light. One guy I know stuck one in a 1.6 sierra, all up weight didn't change.
