1954 Mercedes 180 Ponton

Parked for half a century? O dear. I can't even begin to think of the work it'll need before being roadworthy, starting with every rubber seal. In light of that, it shouldn't be worth very much. However, the collector market's insanity being what it is, we won't know until it's sold.
I don't know of any reason it'd qualify for classic, any more than a man's wise just because he's old.

pontons were the cheapest of the range, a lot were used as up market taxi's.. they arent worth a lot im afraid, even if mint...

Yes it's a classic, and without a thorough inspection, ballpark is £12-1800

If i win the lottery tonight , i'll buy it , paint flames down the side and put a 55 engine in it ... ;)

Hahhahahahahahahhahahah !! :D

Why not buy it and give it to Tim Westwood and the Pimp my ride UK crew to put umpteen DVD screens and amps in it :D
