Interior
The black leather interior is in excellent condition with no rips/tears. The driver's leather seat has some creases commensurate with the car's age, but remains very comfortable having fully functional air-adjustable contour profile.
Exterior
The general condition of the bodywork is good for the age of vehicle.
As with many W208 CLK and W210 E-class Mercedes there was rust on the inner lip of the rear wheel arches. This has been repaired and is is not immediately visible and only apparent on close inspection.
Beware of advertisements that do not mention the condition of the rear wheel arches.
There are several stone chips on the bonnet and a small rust bubble on the driver's door.
There is a small crease on the bonnet. This is hardly noticeable and is only visible from certain angles.
Mechanical
218 bhp 3.2 litre V6 petrol: This engine is very refined and economical giving an average 30mpg.
The gearbox oil has recently been changed and gives very smooth gear changes.
The general condition of the mechanical parts is excellent.
Tyres
Front: Pirelli P6000 (13,000 miles old)
Rear: Avon ZV5 (only 6,000 miles old)
