1998 R129 Catalytic Converter and Sensors - Parts

Due to sailed MOT, I'd like to replace my RHD Catalytic converters and the (Lambda?) sensors either side of it. Can anyon supply a link to a schematic which identifies these part numbers, or the part numbers themselves?
