2 intermittent faults

Neither are severe but just annoying! first is when starting out the car has no oomph! runs fine but no additional power when foot is put down. stop turn off and restart and all is fine ! has happened about 3 times in last month! second is that when starting off sometimes command says "no phone" implying that a phone system is not installed, again turn off , lock up and leave for minute or two then restart and all is well , phone system back and working well! could these be related? anyone any ideas?

Best to get the car put on star for a diagnosis,hope it's nothing too serious
