2004 e class 320 cdi I6

Hi guys asking this question for a mate he has a 320 I6 and wants to replace the copper injector washers, can anybody confirm what tools he will need and if any special equipment is needed thanks in advance

Nothing special if seal has not leaked, or leak has just begun. But if leak has been there long time, he may need puller tool, seal surface refining tool, thread repair tool, some cleaner/dilution stuff... do a quick search by 'black death'...

Use only MB washers and MB ceramic grease.

This thread might help for parts and if he has problems snapping or stripping the retaining bolts.

Ensure your mate uses new stretch bolts and the correct torque.
