2010 Mercedes UK official price list and price increases!

Has Mercedes UK increased prices for the year 2010? If yes, is there such a thing like an official 2010 Mercedes UK price list?

I hope so - what we me and SWMBO both buying new Mercs in December!!

I'd noticed on 'DrivetheDeal' that they were predicting a 1.9% rise for the W212 plus the 2.5% vat. The dealer did confirm that they were expecting E class prices to rise by approx 4%.

The new prices are on the web site, but I haven't calculated the actual rise.

However I'm a bit surprised to see the same great PCP deals still on and extended to March - so the saving for buying in December may not have been as significant as I'd hoped.

They also now list the E Estate on the deals, although with slightly higher APR.

My dealer told me they would definitely be rising in January and having just done a quick look on the Mercedes site compared with the brochure I have from when I ordered in early December it looks like a rise of about 4% (give or take).

Don't they know there is a recession going on!

Finance deals still look good though.

I was looking on their site this afternoon to spec up my car again to check on the price but strangely enough there is no option for the "sport edition" of the E350CDI coupe???

Yes and I also noted the addition of the E220 Cabriolet. Haven't noticed that before either.

aha! yes I saw that but forgot to mention it.
Looks like someone screwed this part of the site up as of right now you can purchase an E200 CGI for - £1 (yes Mercedes are going to actually give you £1 to take this model away. Maybe its to boost public moral after their diesel injector fiasco ). The second screen however does give you the option of SE or sport on this model.
I added Diamond White paint to the SE and the quote now totals £1,069 bargain

I knew COMAND was expensive but it's more than twice the price of this car!

The VAT price increase is actually 2.17%, not 2.5%.

I'm a big pedant, I know.

ETA - whatever you do please don't put the -£1 Mercedes on places like UKHotDeals - I've had pricing errors on my site show up there before and you get 3 months of lunatics claiming that unless you sell them exactly what they ordered they'll consider it a breach of their Human Rights and take you to Strasbourg, etc etc etc. Don't wish that on anyone

LOL, totally agree. I had a friend a few years ago point out to me they could buy a 42" plasma for £99 delivered. At the time they were about £1,200 and he ordered one along with another one of his friends who were adamant that the supplier HAD to sell it to them at that price.
Obviously he didn't get it.

just phoned Mercedes to get my new E200 for £1, but they said Read the disclaimer.... prices may change!

So basically the only price difference is the 2.5% increase on VAT. Otherwise, the prices are pretty much the same! :bannana:

No, base prices are up by about 4% on last year before VAT.

Sorry, I was referring to the W212 E-Class. Didn't look at the other models.
