2012 CLS 63 Air Con Hidden Menu

I have a 2012 CLS and have the flashing AC button and no air con, how do I get into the hidden menu as view the pressure, I think due to the cold weather and already low pressure it went too low and just want to confirm that I have low pressure. Also is it fine to get ATS / Kwikfit to repressure and rest?

Usually Groupon has deals on air con regassing, always found that was the cheapest way to do it.
