2013 Mercedes S550 W221 4Matic When I turn the car off and if I don't use it for a couple of days, the next thing, is the main battery is dead, and the battery is brand new, I replaced it 3 times the scanner showed code Error D135 The wake-up line has Short circuit to ground. any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I really appreciate any help you can provide.

With the engine switched off and the key reomved, disconnect the battery and connect an ammeter between the battery pole and the connector on the cable, and measure the current draw. Then try removing the fuses one at the time to see which circuit is causing the excessive current draw.
Alternatively, you can fit a battery isolator, but the obvious issue here is that it will disable the alarm when in use.
