2015 E63 (M157 engine) specialist required

Good day to all. Came here with a question, my wife's daily E63 started to exhibit an intermittent misfire. Now all the local garages haven't got a clue and all are going down the path of, "let's change the coils and the spark plugs and see where that gets us to". The car might miss fire once in 300 miles, and if that happens, we simply pull over and switch the engine off, restart it and the problems gone. I'm sure if the coils have failed, it would misfire all the time. So we're looking for any specialists or "wizards" who might know the m157 engines inside out and help us to sort this issue out. We're based in Worcestershire, so ideally in any of the surrounding counties but willing to go nation wide for the "wizard".
