@2018 W213 - Where's the Carplay?

Hi all, just got a 2018 E-class, according to the info I have its got "smartphone integration with mirrolink", but if I plug in any of the iPhones we have nothing appears, either on the main screen or the Connect menu.

Bluetooth works OK and I tried a few cables, but no Carplay.

Anyone have any ideas.

Thats not the correct number. Its something like WDD213nnn2xnnnnnn

That car does not have carplay/android-auto. We've dealt with a whole load of these recently where customer has been sold a car with CarPlay and it doesn't have it. Often the dealer will pay for his mistake.
