So i have a 2021 gle which has been abit of a pain.
Firstly i have an issue where my brake pedal squeaks/ groans yes the pedal itself. It was booked in with mercedes stratford under warranty and what a pain it was with them. They had no idea what the issue was, i advised them the issue was with either the master cylinder or the brake booster. They agreed to replace both, 6 months with my car waiting on parts they finally said the job was done. Had a look under the bonnet and noticed the booster was not replaced although on the warranty paperwork it clearly stated the booster and master cylinder was not replaced.
Kicked up a massive fuss and contacted the ceo, car went back in and booster was replaced. Damaged my interior trims in the process so had to kick up another fuss to resolve this.
Few months later issue is back i dont know what is going on? Can anyone advise?
Second issue was recently noticed whilst on a road trip that the rear right climate control ( under the driver seat uk, and the b pillar arm ) is not working, left side works fine
plugged into autel with the following code
3.1. B10F207
The actuator motor for air flap of right rear footwell vent is faulty. A mechanical fault exists.
Current and Stored
Before i take it back to mercedes i rather understand the issue as they lack the expertise and aint got a clue what they doing.
