211 Airmatic Compressor question

I am about to replace the Airmatic compressor on my S211.
I presume that the airline connection is a push fit….. leave the new brass fitting in the body, clean and cut square the hose and insert it into the brass fitting. Would this be correct…. thank you.

Bought the part from MB so should be the correct one..

As way of an update, the new compressor comes with a pre fitted fitting. The nut and tube need to be removed from the old compressor. The nut is taken off the tube buy pulling a collet off and opening the nut up a little to allow it to come off.
The tube pushes into the new fitting after applying a bit of spit.. then give it a quick pull to ensure that it is in correctly.
