212 wheels on 211 E Class

Will W212 wheels fit straight onto S211 E Class?

I've seen quite a few sets of wheels available on the internet and was wondering if any mods need to be taking into consideration or if they just don't fit.

The 212 weels will fit the 211 but you might want to use spacers as the 212 have a smaller off set than the 211 and the weels sit in wee bit in the arches

If that's the case I'll probably just go with a set of 211 wheels as I can't be bothered to phaff.

So did you just wack them in no spacers etc?

Tbh I've bought a set of 211 wheels whose design I like but I must admit I do like a lot of the 212 wheels available
