Well its for a w124 and you have a w202 according to your profile ...
The door cards won't fit at all , nor will the rear seat or rear housings for the seatbelts , i'd be surprised if the centre console will fit , but you might be able to mount the seats on your runners with some modifications ....
Other than that , dead easy .
If you have endless money , anything can be made to fit anything else , but to DIY this into a w202 woud be a mission.

Ahh very well spotted howard!
I have bought a 124 coupe y'day after having problems with the 202, I was going to post up when i've got some more pics other than the auto trader ones.
So for the w124 is it an easy swap?
The one i've bought has cream cloth, so it should look quite respectable

Yep , should be an easy swap .... will look the part too ...
One thing to check , the centre console is walnut , has the dash in your new car got walnut or zebrano trim ? mine had little wood 'stripes' along the length of the dash under the glovebox .

Its Zebrano, its certianly not the one pictured, so I could laways swap my trim strips over for the doors.
Is there any wiring to the seats like with the W202? and are there any guides available, I did have a gander last nite but didnt find one

You'd be better off sourcing the walnut bits seperately ....
Don't have two different types of wood in the cabin ...
Have you got electric seats in the w124 currently ?
Are the cream leather ones electric ?

My car doesnt have electric seats or heated seats and the one picturered doesnt appear to do so.
Infact the centre console is identical to mine I think, I wish I had taken the VIN number to put it into the Russian site.
Time will tell on wed, but the interior swap does look a good project.
We'll have to see how high it goes

Is there any problem with the seatbels for the drive/passanger, with the mechanism that offers the belt forward?

Unless theres some facelift trap I'm walking into here it does seem pretty similar to the one I've bought, 2 temp dials, 2 radial switches.
And it only has three buttons up top as well (head rest, heater, interior light)
Go on, did they revise it in '93? lol!
Even it i just take the seats and door cards ill be happy, i'm sure I could swap the trip over for the doors

Ahh, im not too bothered bout the centre section, just the seats and door cards.
Doesnt seem to be any rear head rests either, but I remember someone mentioning that they were a ball ache on here anyway.
I'm sure there are many other watchers as well

Did anyone watch the Wheeler dealer with the 635csi?
Swapped a tatty imnterior for a cream leather one. The car was red outside and it looked stunning with the cream leather. Very easy swap if you havn't the electrics rto worry about.
