300CE with AMG kit AND Turbo Technics TT

I don't like those Lorinser LM6 style wheels, and it would be nice to the know the mileage.
But it must be a rare car. White with grey is a very 80s style colour combo, but I think it looks good.
It just needs some Aero 1 AMGs, I think

Does anyone know if the quoted Turbo Technics conversion figure is accurate?

I've seen many adverts which state this. But the SLR wheels of that particular design aren't a split rim style.
I would guess they are from a company who sells them as SLR style wheels
I guess a picture comparison is easier

Oops, I didn't the BHP figure, I mean the amount of 300CE Twin Turbo'ed by Turbo Technics - they chap quotes a low figure of 24. I got the impression it was more popular than that?

I think there was 24 complete conversions done by Hughes of Beaconsfield and then the rest of the kits were sold off seperately.

75 kits in total i think.

Also, meant to add, they seem like the cheap look-a-like wheels off eBay.

The Body kit must have been fitted at a later date, as it had not got AMG side skirts. It would also be good to see a photo of the engine bay.

I'm not completely sure, but as the owner of a TT 300E I'm always looking out for such info and I think Hughes did 75 conversions. Now, it may be that, of those, 24 were Coupés. On reflection, that seems quite likely.

mine was not a miss fire it was 2 positions out on the VVT (all means nothing to me)

its rare that you see a TT coupe on ebay let alone 2 in the same week

it looks nice but no one seems to want cars like ours atm
