Im looking to get DIY help with removing a 722.96 transmission off of w212 mercedes benz. Im lookign to remove it off a junk car nd put it on my car. the junk yard will wont remove it for me. Id need he full break down of the tools needed and step by step instructions.

Doubt that there's anyone here that can help. We don't have that kind of 'treasure yard' in the UK where you remove the parts yourself.
The biggest hurdle I see is the sheer weight of the box without a level floor to work with jacks. Basic tools though should suffice. I'd research removing the TC from the flex plate - assuming you want the TC. Good luck!

Yes you will need a good toolset really. Nothing amazing needed. E10, E18/E16 and TX45 or TX55 for the torque converter bolts, plus the guibo bolts.
