free race simulator from BMW. (350mb download)

The game is based on the Simbin GTL/GTR sim which is now owned by Blimey!

Initial reports from the race sim forums are good but online play is a bit problematic as there doesn't seem to be enough servers.

I'm downloading now so I'll post back when I've tried it

big thumbs up for this one - gameplay is virtually identical to GTL.

Loads of options, traction control, auto/manual etc etc and very playable - you'll need a force feedback wheel to get the best out of it though

Shame it's a BMW - but at least it gives us all an excuse to drive like t**ts

Clever marketing by BMW. Why didn't AMG do something similar for the Black Series?

Had to use the joystick idrive to get contol, damn tricky with the keyboard.

WOW for a online free game its pretty decent with millions of options, good thing I have a high spec PC as this game needs it to run with most graphic options on, unless you wish to run it older versions of Direct X. Overall great gameplay, BIG thumbs up from me.

Fantastic But as mentioned pretty unplayable just with the keyboard. Which is why i have just purchased a Logitech ChillStream Game Pad from play.com. Il have to start downloading more games now to make the purchase worthwhile

if you love that download, then get yourself a copy of GT Legends - it's an awesome race simulator with saloon and sports cars from the 1960s
