Hi guys need some help i changed rear Brake pads on my A180 w177 2019
But wasnt aware of the correct process
We’re you have to go in dash setting to put car in brake pad replacement mode
So now I’m getting parking brake inoperable warning on dash how can I reset this ? Thanks.

Unless you have a code reader that can perform a reset, you may need the services of an indy with Star to do it.
Firstly I'd try disconnecting the main battery for a few minutes to see if this resets the warning. It won't cost anything to try first

Have you gone through the correct procedure now - retracting then resetting the parking brake motors?

I have tried resetting via dash but won’t let me, keep getting parking brake message
Pic attached of warning on dash, is there another way I can reset the motors ?

That doesn’t look like the pad replacement menu I’m used to but yours is a newer car. From memory, you hold down the ‘OK’ button and the ‘answer phone’ button simultaneously which takes you into a service menu and pad replacement is one of the options.
