ABC Fluid - who's using what?

I am going to do a fluid change on the ABC system and wondered if anyone has used the Febi or equivalent oils available - the system takes 5L and that will cost me £100 from Mercedes - I dont mind this so much but if I could buy 5L of the Febi or equivalent then this would be preferable.
I am not asking whether or not I should stick to genuine fluid before anyone gets all OE on me

We use MB's own fluid although im certain the Febi aftermarket stuff is exactly the same..

Customers have supplied us with it in the past and its the exact same colour.

Thats what I've read so far too Jay. I think I'll be going with that as the dealer has upped their prices to £20 p/litre vs Febi 06161 which I can get for £10 p/litre. Is it the 06161 that people bring in with them?

camskill do ABC fluid for around £6.50 a bottle, I use it on my CL.

I can't shake the image of Comma not being anything but a cheap brand. But if its made to spec I suppose it makes sense that its fine and if you've been using it with no issues then I guess it is.

Agreed. I've used various brands of pentosin and never had any problems.
