My guess would be a worn ABS reluctor ring; as you corner hard it's giving an implausible value so the ECU flags this as a fault with the ABS and ESP (since the wheel speed is not consistent with the rest of them).
It could even be as simple as a loose sensor or harness (so as you corner hard it brakes contact and registers as a fault).
Hopefully a stored fault code will tell you which wheel to look at.
